Maybe I'm being too "kiasu" this year...but after 3 years of having to beg my caterers to supply me with New Year's eve party food 2 weeks before the party, I decided last night to go ahead and order my food 4 months ahead of the party.

yes for the last 2 years i had to settle for food delivered by my caterers because they are too swamped to set things up for me.
