Let me go back a few steps. I wake up in ICU in terrible pain and the last thing I remember is taking the ambien and being at the house. They have taken away my pain patch and really do not want to give me anything for pain because for some unknown reason I have tried to kill myself. Finally they put my fentnyl/duragesic patch back on. So my doctor

It's great that you got back into reading. I used to read much when I was a kid, but then when we had to read books in school, it was always so boring, except maybe once or twice when I actually enjoyed the book. And then I... well, I didn't stop reading, but didn't read as much anymore. Until maybe 4-5 years ago when I started to make lists of books that I've read in one year (you can see those lists in my sidebar btw ;)). And in 2010, I've read over 50 books and I'm a bit proud as it's the most I've ever read in one year. :)

And I also have some ebooks, but I also prefer to having a real book in my hands. There's a bookstore in town that I love, and I love the smell of the books, old and new, when I go in there. *g*
