For once, one of my obsessions has proved fruitful, this time in the form of fanfiction. Unfortunately, it is as yet untitled. Thanks!

I figure he'd get over his flabberghastness (not a word, but hey) at Rudy by the second summer. Then he'd become some sort of anti-Miller tank.

Heh. It's from a Danish children's film, which I haven't actually seen, but I came across the image somewhere and figured it made a good icon for all-purpose wackiness.

Oh very cute! and yay! for more IWTGH!. I'd never even heard of Korman til I started reading the fanfic, and then I had to go out and find the books, which are terrific. I'm so glad to see a new writer pop up-thanks.

Thanks for the comment! Yeah, I got into Hikaru no Go the same way ... I started reading the fanfiction, and realized how awesome the source material must be if the fanfic people were writing for it was so amazing.

I got into Hikaru no Go the same way ... oh I want to get into the anime, but there's just so much of it, and since I'm not familiar with the language I get completely lost. The closest I got was being lucky enough to find From Eroica With Love on line and reading it.

I read the Hikaru no Go manga online, because I'm a horrible pirate. I'm going to buy it in Japanese eventually, I think, because I'm just too pissed off at Viz in general to consider buying from them. I can see how you would get lost, though --- there's so much plot that relies on actually reading the story. ^^;
