Wow, I hear you about the "real job" thing. I keep feeling like I should have one, and then I remember that it's not my priority but someone else's. That's why I'm living back in CNY for awhile to earn some money and take myself out of the city pressure that made me crazy. I love the people in Boston and New York, but I need a better financial cushion if I'm going to live there and not go totally nuts/work as a telemarketer.
