You're going to Peru this summer? I was there for my May term! Ventured into the Amazon from Iquitos courtesy of Explorama's lodges.

I'm doing 5 weeks in Trujillo, working in a primary care clinic, and then I'm going to Cuzco to be a dirty tourist for a few days. How was your trip?

It was great. It was part of a rain forest ecology course through my school, so we had class on the WVWC campus for a week before we left, then spent 2 weeks down there. The bugs will eat you up... well, I dunno about in Cuzco, but in the rain forest proper they will ( ... )
