During the 2006 legislative session, I will be working in the press corps within the bowels of the Minnesota State Capitol to assist Kerri Milller with political analysis for FOX 9 News.

It'll be an alright gig until May - then, hopefully, back to MPR for some long-term temp producing work.

Hey, I nearly grew up in the catacombs under the Capitol!

My dad is a political reporter (bureau chief for Pioneer Press) and has worked at the Capitol for over 20 years. I'll tell him to watch over you...or watch out for you. Not sure which!

In the meanwhile, if you run into Bill Salisbury, ask him if he likes Ambien. And then run.
