Beautiful tattoos. I am hoping you mean "cover them up during the wedding and reception," not "forever." I went off in search of tattoo covering makeup before my wedding (27.5 years ago) and couldn't find anything that wouldn't rub off. My solution was lots of heavy lace and a very modest cut to the dress. Not the most helpful suggestion, I know.
