Its all about the atkins diet!!I dont weigh myself but i now fit into pants that didnt fit me for 2 freaking years!!!Its all about no sugar and low carbs!I have been on it for 3 months now and ill do it for another 3..after that im gonna do the south beach diet.
well, i lost like 100lbs 2 years ago and pretty much kept it off(except for the 15lbs that decided to come back like a month ago) but everything i did then doesn't seem to work now...sigh. i can do atkins though...i don't eat meat so it is pretty hard to do it without the meat! congratulations on your weight loss though!
Thats amazing!!!!How did you lose all that??? The most i ever lost was 75...That was right after I had my kid.Now im doing it again..This time probably lost around 40 45 who knows..but i wanna go for 50 more then I'll be happy.
to tell you honestly, i don't even know what i did...i gave up soda and meat and it just started coming off...and i watched my calorie intake...i still don't drink soda or eat meat and i watch my calories but the weight is starting to come back a bit so i want to stop it before it gets to be anymore than the 15lbs i gained. i'll probably give weight watchers a try and lay off the booze for awhile(which is how i gained those 15lbs back...damn christmas parties!)
50 lbs?? You don't look like you need to lose weight, let alone 50 lbs. But if you do want to lose that much, I suggest www.southbeachdiet.com or www.atkins.com. Or you can buy the books for cheaper in a bookstore. You lose the most weight in the shortest amt of time on a low carb/high protein diet.
ha ha...well, thank you but pictures can be deceiving. actually, 50 is an exageration but i do need to lose quite a bit of weight. i can't do atkins though...i don't eat meat!
