My Mom told me tonight that my 80 year old Dad just joined Facebook. As she put it, "He still doesn't understand it and I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would want to be friends with your Dad." I explained how the friend thing works and then was asked if I had a Facebook page. I told her that I did, but I didn't think I was ready

I actually helped my folks get on Facebook so they could plan a reunion. They're clueless and I keep getting the passive/aggressive messages about helping them figure it out.
