I'm too cheap to afford a power metre, but finally got some useful power estimates by tackling some 15% segments in today's ride (the steeper the hill, the less air resistance and rolling friction will matter. So you're capable of a bit under 1/2 horsepower. Since the sum of you and your bicycle's masses is only about 10% of the mass of a typical draft horse, that suggests that you should be able to cycle up the hill carrying a draft horse on your back a bit less than half as quickly as the horse itself could walk up the hill. That's science, but it's only half science until you verify it with an experiment. I look forward to seeing your results.
