Ah, sorry- this will be a mainly One Piece nerdage post, revolving particularly around Strong World, Movie 10.
So it will be rather boring for most people who aren't interested? I wanted to do a post anyway-- aha. Uh- ah, please ignore if not interested ! It's rather long.  ;A;

All of your epic moments are on my list as well. I would make something like this, but you totally took all the words out of my mouth. I'm a big ZoSan fan as well!

#5 was the best scene in the entire movie. You have really got to hand it to Oda. When he goes big, he goes big. Now that I've seen this movie like 8 times over, I want him to write the future ones. The people who do them do do a great job, but Oda really understands the characters and his writing skills are fantastic!

haha, thank you for reading! I agree that no 5 is the most epic part of the movie ! The way they just march in there is awesome. It's really the guns and the suits that did it for me, that, and Luffy walking in from the light fffff so so cool /nerdrage/ ♥
Wow, you've seen it 8 times over?! That's incredible ! And yes, I agree that Oda really understands his characters, he knows how to bring out the best in them, and also the worst. But to me, that is what makes OP so endearing.

Ah yes, the phenomenal Strong world, I agree with you on EVERYTHING.

'Specially with the scene where they march up Shiki's palace and just emit BADASSERY. :o
It just gives me goosebumps (o////o)

I love this. And as a ZoSan lover, I LOVE YOU. <3

yay ZoSan! /highfive/
Thank you for reading ! I like that scene best too! I like it that One Piece has moments where the characters are completely goofy, and then you have moments where they completely go badass.

Also, may I ask where your avatar came from? It looks so so adorable I wanna squeeze it or something D:

Hmm, Luffy's like that. He's wackyness and BAMF personified. XD

I.. I saw it at a Icon give away, I don't remember where I got it from D':
And your icon speaks to me..:o

As much as I love ZoSan (Or SanZo since I want my Zoro to uke) I also love ZoRobin XD LOL I'm looking for a good moment between ZoRobin, but alas, I didn't find any XDDDDD

ZoRobin is actually an interesting pairing for me! Initially I wondered where the basis of the pairing is, but now that i'm watching the anime (episodes 151-ish), I think I know ! I really like how Robin can't "charm" Zoro, but still, they oddly get along because Zoro isn't all "flail/flail" like everyone else, haha. Two fairly quiet/stoic people who get along. I like them too ! It's a shame Robin got so little action in this movie though.

That's an interesting take on it! I think that it could be seen that way, and I never really thought about the battle in the village as pre-Robin. But yeah, given how Robin, Franky, and Brook are always in the background for this movie, I think that your theory is plausible. It was nice though, how the "original" crew was fighting together. But I do like Robin, Franky, and Brook, so it would have be better if he gave them all solo fight scenes, at the very least!

Thank you for this fun and thorough recap! You reminded me why I loved this movie so much. The suits and gun were epic. Just...so epic. And the outfit porn! Looking at these shots, I think each character appeared in different outfits for no reason at all at least four times. XD Awesome.

This is the ultimate ZoSan moment in this movie. I say ultimate because it blatantly displays how well these two can work together, and communicate, and sync, without words.

Agreed, agreed, agreed. I loved that moment so hard, and enjoyed every other one with Zoro and Sanji in the same frame, not gonna lie, haha. The two are very much on equal standing in style and temperament. There's a lot of different connections amongst the crew for all kinds of reasons.

Luffy could have been easily overshadowed by his crew members, but Oda portrays him in such a way that he never loses his charisma.I really like that this is maintained. No matter how silly Luffy may seem 90% of the time, he has a quality that makes people have faith in and follow him ( ... )

Oh, thank you for commenting!
Haha, Oda really took it up a notch with the different outfits in this movie ! I like that they have different threads for no reason though, and I think that the machine gun scene was probably his very good excuse for making the strawhats wear suits.

You know, when I first watched that scene, it sort of slipped past me, because it is subtle and brief like that- then suddenly I realized that wait wait wait wait, it's ZOSAN teamwork!! , and proceeded to rewind, haha.

yes, the strawhats crew are pretty much shippable with each other in many different ways ! I like how varied their connections are, but each one is so very real and valid. which is why i don't disrespect other pairings, because i know that they all have a basis of some sorts, not excluding zosan.

Yes, I agree that luffy is wonderful. If I met him in real life, I would have a lot of faith in him as well. :)
