I have muscle spasms going on in my head. This has been causing fever-like symptoms without the fever and I had really thought that maybe I was suffering from a sinus infection after all

One thing you should probably have as well is a bite guard for night grinding/clenching. A custom guard will be stupidly expensive, and it won't make sense to get one until your dental work is finished, but there are OTC ones you can buy at the drug store for $25-30. Massage on the tightened muscles will likely help as well.
Very true enough...I have been seeing him on a fairly regular basis (1-2 month) until the baby and my sister's wedding started making scheduling difficult. It's been at least a month now and I definitely feeling it.
I peered at the nosebleed post-care instructions they gave you, which seem to say "don't take anything but tylenol". I meant to mention that and ask if they'd discussed that with you.
Also, I think finding a dentist you like is worth the drive. My preferred dentist has moved from 5-minutes-from-my-house up to New Hampshire and I'm seriously considering making that drive to keep seeing him.

Yes, actually, we did talk about the advil thing. On the TMJ sheet he gave me he actually wrote out 2 Tylenol plus 2-4 Ibuprofen.
I don't disagree with you on the dentist thing, but I've had to cancel out on appointments in Chelmsford a couple of times already because I couldn't take a full or half day off work. Which is what it would take in many instances. Things with work have just been too busy and I really don't expect it to let up anytime soon. I may talk to them about trying to get as much work stuffed into a single day as possible.
I wonder if they have any way to give you hours outside of work. My place does some evenings and Saturdays, though those tend to fill up fast (as you'd imagine).
If you're looking for someone more convenient to you, Smiles by Rosie gets a lot of positive comments (and they're advertisers with T@F, so I would love to support them). My own dentist, Dr. Cook at Davis Square Dental, is fantastic--I really look forward to seeing him, bizarrely enough--but his wait for new patients is around six months.
In the meantime, I'm very sorry you're dealing with so much pain and interlocking health issues and I hope that the whole mess begins to unravel soon.
