I'm in Irving this week for "Management Boot Camp".  So far it's been a pretty good training class.  Down sides are that lunch is catered in so we don't get to leave and I still have my normal work to do after the class is over.  Makes for a long day but the info I'm getting is worth it.

On to the good stuff now...Mr. Eli!  He's a little crawling
