...So, yeah. We did the thing, where we got hitched and stuff, and went on a trip, and came back and had to adjust to being regular people again. It was sort of hard at first, because getting married was such a whirligig of activity and energy and EVENTS. Why, thank you, my dear! We were rather pleased by how it all came together. The Husband keeps saying, "Man, our wedding was the best damn wedding I've ever been to!" and I have to agree. :)

I know, it's crazy, right? He has a beard and a wife and more than half a law degree at this point! My little brother! HE SMOKES A PIPE AND DRINKS SCOTCH!!!

Though, you totally missed his long-haired, long-goateed, septum-pierced, looking-like-a-guy-in-Pantera stage. That was a pretty fun stage.

Thanks! Our goal was to have a kickass party at which we just happened to get married, and I think we succeeded pretty well! Our ceremony was probably ten minutes or less, and then it was straight back into hors d'ouvres and beer and hanging out. Made for a nice, light atmosphere.
