I have the same exact problems every January - March, and last year it was way too much. I spent 6 months in therapy and felt great when I was done. Kudos to you. I really hope it helps.

Thanks man. I have a day off and an appointment tomorrow so we shall see. I've seen him twice so far and he seems pretty sharp and curious-minded, so I feel like he can probably help.
