Thanks for this. I've been coping with the ends of 2 or 3 relationships just lately and it helps

I'm sorry to hear this, but I'm glad this helps. Dealing with the end of a relationship is always hard, but it will get better. *hugs*

What really helped was realizing that it hadn't all been a waste of time and that I had enjoyed some good times and learnt stuff. And because of that realisation I have been able to revisit one and keep it as a friendship. So that's a win.
