I haven't had a cigarette for almost 24 hours.

I'm so proud of you!!! You can do it! Yes it's easy for me to say...I've never smoked...I've tried but never got hooked...which I'm very happy about! Just take it one minute at a time! Does Ryan smoke? If so I hope he's quitting too, that will help you a lot!
