I'm a big fan of James Bond, and there never seems to be a shortage of new factoids I uncover about the franchise.

I came across a list of actors that were considered for (or desired) the role of 007, and obviously didn't get it. Here's a sampling of the more "WTF were they thinking?" choices:

Steve Reeves please tell me this was the Hercules Steve Reeves! :) Burt Reynolds well the drinking would come naturally, ADAM WEST OMG that would have rocked, been corny but ROCKED!
