Good to hear from you again.

How was that 10-hour work day? I hope it went smoothly!

Yeah, the end of the year kinda sucked. Coulda been better, certainly.

Writing sounds good!

...I haven't seen Rogue One, but I'd be happy to hear (okay, read) your thoughts if you'd like to share...

10 hr work days suck, man.

I shan't spoil it, it's a good movie that you should def see. But the short version is basically what garowyn said. The pacing is off and the character development feels forced at times.  I didn't know that they had originally planned it as a tv series, but it makes so much sense. It feels like a bigger story that got cut down.  Ah, well, maybe it'll get a good novelization to smooth things out.

I've done 10-hour days before. Depending on the work and the coworkers, it can waaay suck or it can be okay.

Hm. Well, I never saw the other newest SW movie, either. (Before this one.) Haven't seen many movies in the recent years. I know there's a lot of SW books already out there. (My eldest sister read most/all of them...) Was it maybe already a book?

So sad about Carrie. :'(

Oooh, you wrote for Natsume!! (And you moved over to AO3, I see!) I'll definitely have to read that fic. :D Actually I'll read it right now...

...and I've finished it. Well done! It was very enjoyable and sweet, and I liked that Matoba was in it, too! (I left kudos, haha.)

This entire post was interesting to read through. I'm really sorry that such awful things are happening in your country. :/ I've been following what's going on (not super closely, but enough to be angry), and I can't believe what's happened just in the first week. And as a Canadian, I'm additionally concerned, since whatever happens in the USA will inevitably affect us in some way. Some trump supporters here have taken the opportunity to be extra racist. Everything is just so...well, no words for it.

I didn't know you read (watched?) Natsume! I love it so much; it's so peaceful. Thanks for the kudos! ^_^

I can't watch the news anymore. I mean, I want to, because I don't want to be ignorant. I want to be prepared for when I need to do something. But it hurts so much. So so much. I'm so ashamed of my country.
