God wants you to be heavily caffinated. But the second you let someone else slide that card...*poof!*

It's all part of their plot to get you hopelessly addicted to caffeine. Then when you can't stop going they'll jack their prices to $10 a cup and simultaneously market a very costly caffeine cessation aid.
