To say that Godric was angry was an understatement. He had apologized to Faith, and though she hadn't directly accepted it, they had left the conversation on what had seemed to be acceptable terms. She had even expressed her desire for a rematch with Eric, as foolish as that was. If Godric had thought, even for a moment, that Faith would send her friends after Eric and attempt to burn him alive, he would have hunted her down himself.

So it was easy to see why he looked ready to maul her when he popped up on her screen.

"I suppose it would be safe to say that you rethought your stance on fair fighting." His voice was cold enough to give ice a run for its money.
