[Visual, open] Fred's Hotel Room. Deciding on clothing.

Aug 16, 2009 02:42

The screen shows a decently sized hotel room, the walls painted white with that shiny new tone that indicates it's a recent coat, and hasn't had time to fade to dingy grey yet. The Tablet is apparently sitting on a desk, and there's a brief shadow of Fred walking out of the frame, apparently not realizing it is on and recording.

The room doesn't have much furniture, a chair, a large bed, and the desk the tablet sits on. There's clothing scattered about, some of it in dirty piles and others tossed across the bed. Most of these look like formal wear. In random spots on the walls, it appears that there is bits of hand-written writing, though it's too indistinct to make out. No one would really worry about why that's there except maybe Cordelia, since they don't know Fred's crazy period information.

There's a brief pause before Fred walks into the panel, and she's dressed in a simple looking brown dress. She stops in front of her bed and stares at herself in a full-length mirror that rests against the wall, then makes an irritated sort of noise and walks back off-screen the way she had come, peeling off the dress as she goes.

Another pause, and then she reappears in an airy tan blouse and long flowing brown skirt, and she would seem pretty in that mousy sort of way she has, but she seems unsatisified, and again walks back the way she came.

And repeat...and repeat...

Fred's pretty bad at picking out clothes, since she thinks nothing ever looks good on her.
