I was just thinking of decadent food... our days will look like this for now:

Thursday- double brew day with ginger beer brewing and cake baking
Friday - minor home repair stuff and then off to Fargo, and maybe more baking
Sat & Sun - Celebration, and we'll probably stay in town the whole time
Monday - Anything goes

But, I am going to get ingredients for...

ASTORIA RED VELVET CAKE
CREME BRULEE
and
HOT SAUSAGE AND BEEF CHEESE DIP :P

I am hungry, as you can tell.
We can make the ginger beer, creme brulee and cake while brewing. Maybe the cheese dip too. And have stuff to eat that day and for the weekend....tho most is desert.

I was taught not to trust anything named Astoria. :}

Looking forward to the town party - but we should bring a fire extinguisher. Cuz Clifford's flammable - extra-flammable with alcohol!

Want me to bring my creme brulee kit? Consists of recipe, four oven-safe dishes, and a TORCH.

YEE! I liked the idea of Red Velvet Astoria Cake....

I will get the brulee stuff. I have a torch for brewing, and I have the recipe here. Dont hamper yourself with stuffs.

The town party just confuses me at this time. I have to get a schedule.
