Tonight, my wife was playing a cd when it literally went to pieces in the cd drive. I did what I could do to get all the pieces out. I have never seen anything like this happen, except when it was done on purpose by the Mythbusters.

That happened to us once in my husbands computer when we were ripping cds it just shattered, very bizarre.
