ExtremeDragonSpeedDance Breeding ;3
Well hopefully this will help someone else out there since i found no real help.
As some have found that when you answer the Dragon Master correctly in the most kindhearted manner, you are awarded with a special Dratini that knows ExtremeSpeed. Now, if you were one as lucky as i to have said Dratini be male you're in luck, as you can now pass the ExtremeSpeed (ES) to future Dratini's (or other species, tho of this i am not sure of quite yet).
Now, passing this move forward is quite simple, just breed this Dratini that knows (ES) with a ditto or female Dratini and it will be a move the hatchling will know, as this is what's called an egg-move. But, what if you are like myself and was given a Dratini that would not utelize (ES) best and is more prone to Special Attack (Sp. ATK) [or other stat] rather than Attack (ATK) power? ex. you were given a (ATK) hindering Nature. And what if you're thinking of getting rid of Dragon Dance (DD) [provided that you leveled your (ES) Dratini/Dragonair/Dragonite high enough to teach it (DD)] but don't want to go through the trouble of leveling up another Dratini pokemon up so high to teach it again?
Well i have found an answer!(:
Let's say, that you want to teach your (ES)(DD) Dratini (or Dragonair/Dragonite) different moves to better suit their stats/role on your team, and want to replace (ES) and (DD) but would like to keep these moves in the Dratini line for future fiddling/breeding. Here's how!
What you will need:
Check your pokemon's moves and you should have a new baby male Dratini with ExtremeSpeed AND Dragon Dance! :D
And, if you just so happen to have left your original (ES)/(DD) Dratini [dragonair/dragonite] with Dragon Rush, so will your new baby! So that makes THREE moves you've just passed down! C:

but, if you don't have a ditto, there's always this way lol
**i have tested saving before talking to the old man and every time (3) i got the same gander and nature, so could someone let me know when its best to save for a SR (if its even possible). is it you are to save before even giving the woman the pokemon to be bred?

What you will need:
- Rising Badge (access to Dragon's Den)
- Dusk Balls/Timer Balls/Lure Balls
- Super Rod (obtained in Kanto)
- Pokemon that knows HM03 Surf
- A Pokemon of level 40 or higher (Recommended)
- 5 or more Rare Candies (Recommended)
- Everstone (Recommended)
- A Pokemon with the Flame Body/Magma Armor Ability (Recommended)
- (ES) Dratini that also knows (DD)
- Access to Goldenrod City (Daycare)
- Have a moderate supply of Dusk balls or any of the above pokeballs recommended.
- Bring along your (ES) Dratini (Dragonair/Dragonite)
- Walk [or Fly] to Blackthorn City and walk north towards the Dragon Gym.
- Surf north to Dragon's Den and go inside, taking the latter to the basement floor.
- Walk down to the broken Dragon's Path Bridge and go into your Menu screen.
- Select the Super Rod and fish until you come across a level 40 female Dratini/Dragonair
- Catch using the Dusk balls [x3.5 effective since you're in a cave] or if it is taking quite a while to catch, begin throwing the Timer balls i suggested [gets more effective after every 10 turns have passed] Tho this is also where those Lure balls i recommended come in handy as you are fishing for Dratini/Dragonair [x3 effective for using on a pokemon lured in by a fishing rod]
- After you catch the pokemon, give it the Everstone [if said pokemon was a Dratini] and feed her the recommended 5 Rare Candies [or 13 if said pokemon is a Dragonair at level 40]. She will now learn (DD).
- If you do not have enough Rare Candies or do not wish to feed her them, raise the pokemon manually up 5 [or 13 if a Dragonair) levels until she learns (DD).
- Leave Dragon's Den and walk [or Fly] back to Goldenrod City and head south towards the Daycare Center. Take the Everstone away and save.
- **Talk to the old woman and give her your freshly caught female Dratini (or Dragonair) and your (ES)/(DD) Dratini (Dragonair/Dragonite) you received from the Dragon Master Elder.
- Run around outside until you see the old man facing west (left) or, if you have his number, until he calls you [tho he isn't always faithful to this]
- Collect your egg from the old man and go into their house and grabe one of your Flame Body/Magma Armor pokemon [no they don't stack up if you take more than one] to cut down the steps needed to hatch your egg and hatch it. You will want to soft reset [hold down Start + Select + L + R] until your egg hatches male, that way you can further breed with the freshly caught female.
Check your pokemon's moves and you should have a new baby male Dratini with ExtremeSpeed AND Dragon Dance! :D
