-It looks over-sharpened.
-this icon would work much better if the 'shadow' were actually shadow coloured.
+lovely colors and nice crop
+great picture choice + the coloring & cropping is spot on

-The light is a bit too bright and doesn't look good in the icon.
- its a bit too bright for my taste.
-too washed out
+The close-up is able to see more than the face and nice lighting
