+the round edges fit the icon, and the b&w was a nice touch.
+Great b&w coloring, also nice crop.
+I like the b/w, exclusion layers, & rounded edges.
+ nice crop and use of rounded corners. love the b&w.

- The black and white is interesting but the rounded borders feel a bit out of place

- nice texture use, but the icon is too dark.
-The text thing doesn't really fit in.
-The texture looks out of place
-the text doesn't really fit with the icon and half of it gedts a little lots with the colours
-the coloring is kinda dark & the text effect isn't good for icons

-while rotating the picture to fit in the eye was smart, the rotation looks out of place. Nice soft colouring though.
