Had a teleconference call training me in what to expect for my benefits as a new, permanent employee. Anyone could chime in with a question over their headset and someone kept talking casually. They told the girl to mute her headset but she heard nothing. I eventually recognized the voice and walked over to find my co-worker Rebecca's headset
