I've thought about writing to a promt of a screen shot.
E.g. I make a screen shot and then write a slashy ficlet to it.
So here's the first one “sick House”.
Summary: House's having a cold and Wilson feels a strong need to care for him. All is in a fast dynamic manner.

House\Wilson

Nothing belongs to me.

“I don't care that you have a patient. Your team will manage.” says Wilson and gently shoves House into his car. “I'm taking you home. Now.”

They walk into Wilson's condo that House temporarily shares with his friend.
Wilson discards his jacket and guides House into the bedroom to later take off House's coat and help him out of the shoes.
“James...” House says in a stuffed nose tone and drops one of his used small paper towels to the floor. He feels uneasy to see Wilson help him this much.
Wilson pushes him gently to the bed, bringing a warm blanket and menthol ointment. He takes off House's socks and jeans and dress shirt.

After making him a hot mug of lemon tea with honey, Wilson brings pajamas for House and helps him in it. Their looks lock for a few long moments and House's heart's breaking due to such tenderness.
House pretends to protest and dislike Wilson's care. He groans, but Wilson ignores.
Having covered pajamas-clad House with a warm blanket and having given him a mug of tea, he takes out an ointment to massage his feet.
The other pair of soft socks is carefully being placed onto the bed rim to later be put on House's feet.

House is struck with such care from his best friend, he's not used to it, he doesn't know what to do with it.

And when Wilson finishes massage, tucks a blanket under the mattress, and without a word lies next to House to protectively and tightly hug him, he can hear House sobbing. Sobbing because he's not able to cope with this unconditional care.
Wilson only hugs him tighter and whispers “Shhh....” to soothe him. Which causes House to burst into burning, pouring down tears which he has never cried before.

The end.
