It was very light not with the foot but the shins.

Like the man was a child and they were play fighting.

I'm thinking you either witnessed something like a "Jackass" reality show and didn't realize they were taping this guy or....

I'm pretty sure whatever he thinks he's doing, it's because of a mental tick.

he's just a sad guy. His wife took their daughter and left on christmas. He's just a guy who has stuff to deal with, or is dealing with him them in his own way.

a friend of mine said he came across it. he said it wasn't made by "santa" himself but by someone doing a biographical type of thing on him. i've looked around a couple of times for it and have yet to find anything.
