The bad dude: his hearings and trail dates continue to be pushed out. The witness list was put out on 4/15/2009 for jury trail on 4/22/2009-the plea date has been reset(was sposed to be about a week ago I think-now is listed for 5/19/2009 and new jury trail date set for 7/6/2009 and they listed us on the witness list-we didn't witness anything-why ( Read more... )
