Look at what I learned at work today.

This brings up 2 questions:

1) Who says government employees don't accomplish anything?

2) How much you wanna bet I won't get away with braiding my hair, posting on lj, taking 1 and 1/2 hour lunch breaks, or playing with my water snake or my tangler when I move to the ( Read more... )

So they aren't my tax dollars anymore, but Hon, with the job you do, any stress relief I think is well warranted. Er, only slight pun intended.

I'm still working for the Department but the move means no more apartment living in most expensive part of the ATL. So the only funding issue is gonna be "Do I spend this money I was using for rent on clothes, shoes, or food?"

I have wide ducky feet and a quack of a back so shoes aren't high on my list. Food or clothes? Hmmmm. Knives! Happy fun santoku blade that will inspire you make ingredients tremble, yes, yes! Of course you can also get a festive apron. Does that count as clothes?

It could if candlelight is involved, I suppose!
