I'm halfway through finals. It's been wacky - the final I anticipated to be difficult wasn't, and the one I thought would be relatively easy knocked me on my rear. I just found out that a prof at my school is doing research on an area of law I kinda wanted to specialize in - collaborative practice in public interest family law. I could potentially be a research assistant for her on this project, as she's been short on time to make any progress. This could lead to lots of good things, not just potential law ( Read more... )

Chris proposed on Thurs. I said yes. We're thinking about having the ceremony July 18th, though that awaits confirmation from Chris' parents to make sure they are available.

Life consists of it's normal craziness right now. Tons of work for school, not much time for much else but making time to hang out with Chris on the weekends. The past few weekends have been fun and memorable in their own rights.
