I don't know what's supposed to come to mind, sometimes I start talking about stuff but nobody has any idea what I'm talking about because I wasn't talking about the earlier stuff, and because it's faster to think without talking than to talk and think at the same time at least sometimes, but everybody says my mouth gets ahead of me but how can that happen if I'm thinking and they don't hear it?!

So does that mean I should just talk all the time or wait for people to ask me about something specific so I can start thinking about that instead?

Okay but what if I gotta say something first, do I have to talk about everything I thought up to get to that point or just say it like wondering how come fabric softener sheets can make all the clothes softer but just makes my hair static-y.

You can start off, but remember to give the person you're talking to a chance to say what they want.
