I've been in New York since last Friday and I did more during the weekend than I ever did during the last time I was here which was 2 weeks in December. So far we've been to Chinatown, Times Square, Century 21 department store (super good deals on designer stuff), and the World Trade Center.

LET'S GO CELEBRATE!!

Well today was a pretty productive day. 2 classes in the morning, I washed my car (finally!), and my mom's windshield got replaced today.  At dinner I went over to Rey's place to taste Matt's infamous "Hollybomb" burrito and to celebrate our friend Yoonji's birthday.  Then it was off to Reinor's birthday.

My mom got her back seat side windshield smashed and we found it in pieces yesterday morning. My neighbor down the street had the same thing happen to them. We both reported it to the police, but I don't think they're going to do anything about it.  $285 bucks to replace it. I guess that's not bad for a Lexus.  =/

I took an ECG(electrocardiagram) test today and turns out in addition to my pectus, I have a heart murmur.

Nice touch to my congenital chest wall deformity isn't it? =/

I was referred to a cardiologist to get a 2-D echocardiogram (like an ultrasound) to see what the exact cause of the murmur is.  I also need to take antibiotics before I go to the ( Read more... )

I've been so busy lately.  Being a full-time student, full-time real estate agent is no easy ordeal.  Good news is I'm finally settled into my new house.  I still need to buy a sofa and a nightstand, but at least my kitchen has everything so I can finally cook now.  I've been cooking like crazy for the past week.  I just bought a trifle bowl from ( Read more... )

It's my 20th birthday!

The strangest thing has been happening ever since I moved in. Every morning at 8:50am the doorbell will ring and whoever closest to the door will answer it, but no one will be there and there would be a huge gust of wind, even if it was a very still, sunny, non-breezy day.
