Hmm... I've noticed it will do that particularly if there is a perceived "error" in the code (be it as simple as a missing space or " in a tag). I've caught that more than once during a preview before saving my new logs for the day. Admittedly, I liked it better when it just did a simple raw error code markup as at least then you could find where the error was and fix it without worrying about losing something in the process. DX
If the majority of the link (at least the main address if not the actual thread) is still there however, you might have some hope of at least finding the missing thread since at least you'd have some clue as to where to look? needle in a haystack is better than no needle, right? *shot*
I see, it was definitely better that way. I just caught onto it recently and by chance in some of the older logs. I had no idea it was missing until I was editing it for whatever reason.
Oh yeah, I've been looking for a bunch of needles, haha. I use clues to figure it out or the batch of cards a particular card was uploaded with in PB. I had to do some major ones over the weekend - so time consuming >.>
