01. What does Usagi say to transform into Sailor Moon?
Correct answer: Moon Prism/Crystal/Cosmic/Crisis/Eternal Power Make Up!
a) Usagi says many different phrases to transform into various Sailor Moon outfits. Whenever she gets a makeover, she changes her outfit so it matches her makeup.
b) Waaaaaaaay too many things! What kind of admirable monsters have the patience to deal with all that blabber AND a pink-shaded transformation to top it? Moon Prism Power Make-Up!...
c) Moon prism power, moon crystal power, moon crystal make up, moon cosmic power, or any of her other various stages of moon power shouts.
d) Moon + Prism + Power + Makeup = Let the butt kicking begin!
02. Why did Queen Beryl become an enemy to the Moon Kingdom?
Correct answer: She was jealous of Endymion's affection for Princess Serenity, and collaborated with Queen MEtallia of the Dark Kingdom to take over the moon and the earth.
a) She wanted Prince Endymion specifically to herself, and all of his power/rule to go with it. Greedy & controlling much?
b) Queen Beryl stars in Attack of the Green Eyed Monster!
c) Because she loved had the hots for Endymion. Obviously, Endymion avoided her like the plague and Beryl allied herself with Queen Metalia. He was better off without her...it's awkward when the woman towers over the man anyway...xDD

03. In the manga, how did Princess Serenity die?

c) The "Inner" Senshi protect Princess Serenity and fight internal threats in the solar system; the "Outer" Senshi are more elite and protect the solar system from outside threats. Correct answer: To get the Silver Crystal from Sailor Moon and use it to save Crystal Tokyo, since the Silver Crystal of the future "disappeared." Later on, she returns to the present as Sailor Chibi-Moon so she can train with the rest of the Sailor Senshi.

In the manga, Nehelenia was after the Silver Crystal because she believed that she was the true queen of the Moon Kingdom. However, this question is specific to the anime (as it refers to SuperS), so only the answer above will be considered correct.
