A very Happy Thanksgiving to all of us here in the U.S., and a Happy Thursday to everyone else. :)

I'm thankful for many things, but especially for family and for my friends.

Thanks, eagle, and for the good wishes. I saw your note on FM, and I thought I had replied to it. Just in case, though, we were spared the worst of the storm up here in western New York. There was a lot of wind, but nothing like down around NYC and New Jersey.

I lost a lot of small branches in the front and back yard, and one medium sized tree limb in the backyard. The power at my place went out for a split-second, and that was it, though a lot of other homes did lose electricity in the area, and, of course, downstate.

All in all, the area around here came through very well, thank goodness.
