I can't believe I forgot about this, but if you're in Barnes and Noble or something, look at a copy of Adorn Magazine! I'm in it this month. Well, not me personally, but some jewelry I made. There are instructions, too, if you like it enough to make 'em yourself.  I don't know whether I have notation (because I'm such a dork I forgot to buy a copy
