Well, I got up early today (About 10) because SB was going to stop here so we could go to work together because she dosent feel like wasting gas. Pretty easy day today... Woke up at 11:30 and went to taekwondo at 12:15-- Sparring class. I smacked people around a bit as usual, until I almost knocked Mr Hess out. I did a spin hook kick and caught him on the back of the neck with my heel. He just kind of went rigid for a second or two, then stumbled around holding his neck. Made me feel bad, ( Read more... )

What a wonderful experiance I had today. I got up in a rush after sleeping a few minutes later than I should have (I give myself about 10 minutes to get out the door after waking up).
