hi 5. i realised i can only do some decent forms of exercise from Sunday to at most wed, thurs fri and sat always not free. lol. this week i failed only did a lil bit on tues. hahaha!

i guess motivation is the biggest hurdle..... once u get that pinned down, you will find time to exercise :P

for my, it is critical to lose weight in time for NZ. SIAN :(

swim is good. low impact that does very little damage to your joints and knees. (Y)

swim for a while and the adrenaline will take over le lah. then u will get high from exercising lolll.

the wendys in singapore not as nice as the us ones...

they don't have the bacon and cheese potato which is absolutely delicious, and their chili has no pork bits, because the singapore wendys is halal... so sad
