This not having my voice back thing sucks. I mean it's bad enough when people can't understand you or when I have to 'holler' at Garrett. But it's down right fucking scary when he walks off from the cart in the grocery store parking lot and there is no way my voice can get that loud! He stopped and I thanked the guy that had stopped his truck in

That sucks. I'd almost be tempted to get a whistle so that you could get his attention if you needed to in those kinds of situations.

That, and sure enough if you're like me, as soon as I got the whistle, I'd get my voice back.

I hadn't thought about that. Hey, if it will give me my voice back so I can laugh normally I'll go spend the $2.50 or whatever to get the whistle :)

He's usually really good and I normally put him in the car and then unload. He was having fun in the little car thing in front of the cart. I let him play and kept checking on him/unloading. I don't even know what he saw, but he heard me and stopped *whew* It's going on 3 weeks and getting OLD.
