The Cavern Club is a little joint on Matthew Street in the city centre of Liverpool, England. You can access it from its current stairwell across the street from the original where a shopping mall now stands--complete with the Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds pub. It is dingy, dark, and everything you would expect to see in an underground rock

i need to be around my phone more often, my friend. If you call me after nine, is it free? My Mom was getting all on my case because she thinks it will charge a bunch of extra fees if I talk to you before nine, my time. The thing that sucks though is that we have a six hour or so difference, so I can't really call you after nine unless you're up really really late. Weekends are free though. I'll get a phone card so it won't cost a thing. My love don't cost a thing. I saw your message about watching Royal Tennebaums with Tom. Believe me girl, I wish I was right there with you. We can make it, though. Keep having fun, and party hardy for me. I'll do the same for you. I love you like no one else. We should just get married after we graduate. What ya say?
