....I kind of wanna go back to those days. I don't look horrible, but I'm not in the shape I was in a year ago and definatly not the shape I was in 2 years ago. So I'm cutting back, lowering my carbs, eating more veggies and fruits, cutting red meat out of my diet almost completely. I don't drink much but I'm cutting that out completely too.
