. that's nice.. do you need therapy for it? It is all small and thin, like it has been in a cocoon. How does it feel?

it's always been kinda small and thin but it feels...uh...kinda like it's been in a cocoon! I'm just happy to have it mostly out of the brace and mostly starting to be used again. Yeah, I need therapy but probably won't be able to start for another week due to HR at work having to approve the therapist and all.
