One day Tom's son Louis is on set but Tom is in full Bane costume so Louis gets scare and bursts into tears, and who does Louis reach for? Joe of course! So Joe ends up holding and soothing this crying child and he is a complete expert at it. And Tom kind of gets turned on by it. idk okay!

This is my first fill in any fandom so please be kind. I usually just beta but I just couldn't resist this one. I will probably title this at a later date whenever I can think of one.

Disclaimer: TDKR belongs to Mr. Nolan and this story does not reflect the real lives of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy, Louis Hardy, etc. Joe blearily rubbed his eyes as he walked onto The Dark Knight Rises set for the first time. Ten hours of travel had really taken its toll and all he wanted was a coffee. Preferably a triple espresso but beggars could not be choosers. After all, while his trailer certainly had everything he needed to revive himself, he was due in at 4 pm and whoop-de-fucking-doo would you look at the time, 3:38 pm ( ... )

Thank you so much for your comments! They really made my day and gave me the motivation to write a little more.

Oh, and I forgot to mention this but this story is unbeta'd (well, unless it counts if I did it). I am also the anon from earlier who was going to post in an hour or so. Major props again to OP who reposted this prompt.After seeing nothing but an empty hallway, Joe decided that the safest thing to do would be to shut and lock the door until the man was caught. He was probably another one of the unscrupulous paparazzi searching for any movie scoops but it was better to be safe than sorry, especially because Joe was at a serious disadvantage with a trembling Louis glued to his chest. He honestly had no idea how famous parents did this all the time and wished for the thousandth that there were more laws in place to keep the paparazzi in line ( ... )

Four whole chapters without an appearance from Tom but don't fear. He will be in chapter 5! When I first started writing this story, I thought it would be just 2 parts at a maximum so I don't really know what to say at the moment. I guess I'll just have to see what my mercurial muse has planned.

On another note, I will have a HUGE family reunion in a couple days so I probably will not be updating until a week from now.
