Dear Mr. Williams,

We are in receipt of your note regarding your dissatisfaction with our services. While we would like to personally reply to each student who sends a note similar to yours, the large volume of notes received on an average day by our staff is overwhelming and unfortunately precludes such responses.

Here at Law School, we encourage students share their thoughts and concerns with us. But don't expect us to give a shit.

I am literally laughing at this entire exchange. Just remember what coach says in these types of situations, "You cant make chicken salad out of chicken shit." I am not really sure how that applies but it is funny. -Kev
