For once, they arrive in the receiving area for guests instead of inside a broom closet. The Doctor is pleased - especially when it turns out that they don't need landing papers or identification passes - if a little bemused. Ianto is mostly just pleased.
A woman in uniform smiles obliviously when the Doctor introduces himself and welcomes them to the station as they exit the TARDIS. They take the offered guides, and the woman directs them to various locations such as the bar, the restaurant, the observation decks, and (of course) the loo.
"Is it always this busy?" Ianto asks, thumbing through his guide. The Doctor's has already gone missing.
"Oh, no, sir. Many delegates arrived this morning. As I mentioned, the main observation deck is closed, but the secondary and tertiary observation decks are still open to the public."
Ianto thanks her and heads off after the Doctor, who is already wandering off muttering something about windows to himself.
"We could go eat," he suggests casually as he catches up, looking over the provided map, "or... view some art from the cultures of the visiting delegates." He glances up to check the Doctor's expression (something aghast, conveying perhaps "we're here on the Haskell space station, the sole purpose of which is to observe the Butterfly Nebula, and you want to go eat?") and continues. "Or we could go see the nebula."
