[Well, this wasn't exactly how Minato expected to "meet" Zuko's uncle, but now's not the time to think about that. When he speaks, he's sounds tense.]

The fifth floor and roof has collapsed entirely. I saw some bodies on the way to retrieve my son from the staircase... so not everyone made it out.

My son's one of them--his leg is broken. He's in the stairwell, so he was easy to get to. The others....

I don't know how many made it out. The fifth floor collapsed, but it seems like the other floors are steady. For now. The injuries and deaths should mostly be centered around the top two floors. Other floors should only have minor injuries.

I'm nearby, and my nephew is on the way to escort me to the hospital. We could assemble a group to convey the injured safely.

Yes, for the moment. I was careless, and caught in some falling rubble. The survivors of Latimir still need escorts to the hospital, though.
