Ditto! Before I stumbled into Merlin I was a complete fandom whore. XD It's probably the slash goggles that slowed me down - my earlier writing is all Mary Sue, and it's just dreadful. ^^

haha yeah I get what you mean, slash is much more complicated, plus you got two proper characters to work with. Merlin seems like a fun fandom, I watched videos of the two main actors backstage (i can't remember why). and they were so cute together. But I've never actually watched it ha. Aw haha, I've never written Mary Sue fic except it places it will never be seen lol
